Mrs. Nichelle Pugh is the Career Coach for Chickasaw City Schools. A Mobile County native and graduate of Murphy High School, Mrs. Pugh brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to student success.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of South Alabama. Her professional background is diverse, having worked in Hospitality Sales and Management as well as the Non-Profit Sector in Workforce Development. These experiences provide her with a comprehensive understanding of career development and opportunities.

Guided by her philosophy to “leave the world better than she found it,” Mrs. Pugh is dedicated to supporting students in navigating resume building, exploring career opportunities, managing the college application process, and understanding career tech information.
