Goode, Alicia
Alicia Goode, MS, serves as the Mental Health Service Facilitator for Chickasaw City Schools, where she manages and facilitates mental health services for students, faculty, and staff. She is an essential member of the district's Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) planning team for the Alabama State Department of Education (ALSDE), dedicated to foundational wellness and behavioral health support. Alicia coordinates school-based mental health services collaborating closely with counselors to identify and support at-risk students through personalized plans and external referrals.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in General Education with a focus in Behavioral and Social Science from the University of Mobile, and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from the University of West Alabama. Alicia worked as a master level school-based therapist, at Altapointe Health, before transitioning to her current role as Mental Health Service Facilitator for Chickasaw City Schools. She is married to Frank and they have three children. Alicia is committed to destigmatizing mental health issues in the City of Chickasaw by providing resources and support to empower individuals and foster a healthier school system and community.
